In fact, Dan Severn (pictured below) is the only man to hold both an MMA and Pro Wrestling Championship at the same time (Severn held the NWA World Championship and the UFC Superfight Championship simultaneously).

Road Warrior Animal was the enforcer or bodyguard of the group and Miss Elizabeth was the manager/valet. The faction formed at the WCW Sin pay-per-view on January 14, 2001 when Scott Steiner was defending his title in a fatal four way with Sid Vicious, Jeff Jarrett, and a mystery 4th participant. Ric Flair who was the President of WCW at the time, inserted Road Warrior Animal as the mystery 4th and Animal along with Jeff Jarrett conspired to keep Scott Steiner as the World Champion. WCW Sin was also the pay-per-view where Sid Vicious famously shattered his leg. The Magnificent Seven broke up before the final Nitro.
