FAQ: Who Were The Corre In WWE?
Answer: The Corre was a heel faction on the Smackdown brand that consisted of Wade Barrett, Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater, and Ezekiel Jackson. The faction debuted on January 11, 2011 and lasted through June 10, 2011. The Corre was a spin off of The Nexus who claimed to be a group of equals unlike the Nexus which consisted of a bunch of followers and a strong leader. They were basically a watered down version of the original Nexus. The Corre fizzled out when they felt that Ezekiel Jackson was overshadowing the rest of the group. The rest of the group dissolved once they figured out that Wade Barrett was in it for himself.

List of WWE Legends That Returned to Fight Heath Slater
This is a list of all the WWE legends of RAW that returned to fight Heath Slater leading up to the 1,000th episode of RAW. (Special Note: Doink the Clown was the only WWE legend to lose to Heath Slater)
Vader returned on the June 11, 2012 edition of RAW. Vader defeated Heath Slater.
"Rowdy" Roddy Piper and Cyndi Lauper returned on the June 18, 2012 edition of RAW. Cyndi Lauper smashed Heath Slater in the face with a plaque.
Sycho Sid returned on the June 25, 2012 edition of RAW. Vader defeated Heath Slater.
Doink the Clown returned on the July 2, 2012 edition of RAW. Doink lost to Heath Slater.
Diamond Dallas Page returned on the July 2, 2012 edition of RAW. DDP did not wrestle a match, but he did give Heath Slater his "Diamond Cutter" finishing maneuver after Slater defeated Doink the Clown.
Bob Backlund returned on the July 9, 2012 edition of RAW. Backlund put Heath Slater in the Crossface Chickenwing submission finisher until Slater tapped.
Rikishi returned on the July 16, 2012 edition of RAW. Rikishi defeated Heath Slater after delivering the Stink Face and the middle rope sit down splash.
Road Warrior Animal returned on the July 20, 2012 edition of Smackdown. Road Warrior Animal defeated Heath Slater after a power slam and an elbow.
WWE RAW 7-16-12: Rikishi Returns!
Rikishi was the latest legend to return to RAW to do battle with Heath Slater. Rikishi squashed Heath Slater.
